 Trouble Shooting Help

If you encounter difficulties with this on-line manual, please inform our librarian.

Most difficulties will be browser related. You should be able to view this on-line manual with browsers dating back to vintage versions of the Microsoft and Netscape products. Some of the more common problems are summarized below.

If there is no menu of topics visible to the left as you are reading this page, then you have a frames impaired browser. It is highly recommended that you get a current copy of either the Microsoft Internet Explorer or the Netscape Navigator.

If you cannot see a green LED lit next to the word support on the menu of topics, then your browser does not support JavaScripts. You may have simply adjusted your browser's settings to disable JavaScript support. Again, without JavaScript enabled, you are missing some of the simple (but effective) navigation aids in this and many other documents.
