Manuals

The following manuals are provided with the KwikPeg Graphical User Interface (GUI).

Reference Manual This KwikPeg Reference Manual is your on-line guide to programming with KwikPeg. This manual is an enhanced version of the standard on-line PEG Reference Manual provided by Swell Software, Inc., a copy of which is also distributed with KwikPeg.

This manual provides a detailed description of each KwikPeg class, including the member functions and variables which you can access. This material covers all classes, including those omitted from the PEG Programming Manual.

This on-line manual provides access to style, status, message and signal information. All KwikPeg structures are also described. The proper use of color and fonts is discussed.
Programming Manual The PEG Programming Manual is the standard reference document provided by Swell Software, Inc. This manual describes the basic PEG programming environment. It also includes operating instructions for using the PEG Font Grabber, Image Converter and Window Builder utility programs provided with KwikPeg. This manual is only available in Acrobat PDF format.

** Important Note **
You can ignore the porting information included in this manual since KwikPeg is ready to use with KADAK's AMX RTOS. You can also gloss over the configuration header file definitions since these selections can all be made using the KwikPeg Configuration Builder.
User's Guide The KwikPeg User's Guide provides an overview of KwikPeg. It also describes the KwikPeg Configuration Builder, the Windows® utility which you will use to configure the KwikPeg Library to meet your particular GUI requirements. This manual is only available in Acrobat PDF format.

Some of the reference manuals are provided in a format suitable for viewing with the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Get your free copy of the Acrobat Reader from Adobe Systems.

However, it can do so if necessary.
If this graphic appears to the left of a function prototype, the function is provided for KwikPeg use only. In some cases, the function may be public so that other KwikPeg objects can access it. However, your application MUST NOT call the function.
